Please provide as many details as possible in your email, including order number, full name, address, phone number, and the reason for the return. Please note that we may request additional information and/or photographs and offer troubleshooting tips before processing any returns or exchanges. If the return is approved, you will get further instructions for shipping the item back to us. All refunds, store credit or replacements will be issued once the return has been received and processed by us. Please continue reading below for our specific returns and exchanges policies.
All e-liquid sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. E-Liquids are non-refundable.
Cotton & Wire
Cotton and Wire products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days If the product is still in it's original and unopened package.
Merch & Apparel
Hats, hoodies, t-shirts, etc. from our Merch product category may be exchanged for the same product within 14 days, and may be returned within 7 days. All items must be in their original condition.
Please Note: shipping costs are non-refundable, even on approved returns or exchanges.
For the time being we only accept and ship retail consumer orders within the United States.

Orders over $35 (excluding tax) qualify for FREE standard shipping within the contiguous 48 US states!
Orders placed on our website typically ship within 2 business days. We ship from Meridian, Idaho. When calculating delivery dates, please keep this in mind, and allow for an additional 2 days on top of carrier estimates. All shipping estimates are calculated in business days (Monday-Friday). We do not process orders on weekends or major holidays.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. These date estimates do not include our processing time and cannot be guaranteed by us.
You will receive automated emails from us when your order ships which will include tracking information (if applicable). USPS First Class Mail does not include a tracking number. If you have questions or concerns about your package after it has shipped, including delays or lack of tracking updates, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking information. If your order was shipped USPS First Class Mail please allow up to 10 business days for delivery before contacting us.
Wick N Vape cannot be held responsible or liable for lost or missing packages if the delivery status from the carrier is marked "Delivered." Any delivery issues arising after we have shipped your order must be resolved between you and the shipping carrier. Wick N Vape is not responsible for any and all costs associated with erroneous and incorrect address submissions inputted by the user.
